Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Kasalink (“we”, “us”) is an independently operated wedding website project for Filipino couples and their guests. It is not a registered company. These Terms govern your use of kasalink.app and related services. Contact: kasalinkph@proton.me.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The service is intended for adults planning a wedding (typically 18+).
3. Draft vs publish
You may create and edit a wedding site in draft after registering. Publishing the public link requires a publish fee for a limited window (currently ₱999 for 12 months). You may renew afterward for ₱299 per 12 months, as described on our marketing site and in your registration email. If the window lapses without renewal, your public site is unpublished; if you do not renew within a reasonable period afterward, we may remove your account, wedding data, and uploaded photos to free up storage. You may also delete your own account at any time from Manage Account.
4. Payments and refunds
Pay by GCash, Maya, or bank transfer using the details in your dashboard’s How to publish screen, then email your receipt. We confirm payment by hand and then unlock or extend your public site. Publish and renew fees are generally not refunded once we unlock or extend the site. If we cannot provide the service — for example we never unlocked after a valid payment — we will make it right.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of photos, text, and guest data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content to run the service (including your public wedding page and find-your-seat tools). Do not upload content you do not have rights to use. You are responsible for guest names you enter, including children’s names.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (spam, malware, scraping, impersonation, illegal content, or attempts to break security). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Our software
The templates, branding, and software that make up Kasalink remain ours. Your wedding photos, text, and guest data remain yours.
8. Availability
We run Kasalink on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Kasalink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for publish access in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will bump the policy version shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for new activity.
